Considering the recent spread of the virus worldwide, we have taken the decision to postpone ATMS 2022, originally scheduled to take place at the International Centre in Mississauga, Canada from 8th to 9th February 2022. Our utmost priority is to safeguard the health and wellbeing of exhibitors, visitors and staff. After we have consulted with our partners, we have concluded that it is in the best interests of our community to defer the event to a later date. Luckily, we were able to reschedule ATMS 2022 quickly, so mark your calendar with the new dates:

Nidec Completes the Acquisition of the Shares of Italian Machine Tool Manufacturer PAMA and its Affiliates

Nidec Corporation recently announced that, in accordance with its November 30, 2022 press release, “Nidec to Execute a Share Transfer Agreement on Italian Machine Tool Manufacturer PAMA and Its Affiliates,” it has completed the acquisition of all the shares of PAMA S.p.A (“PAMA”) on February 1, 2023.
