CPC1596 Load-Biased Gate Driver from Littelfuse

Ideal for industrial, building automation, IoT, and other high-power electronics applications that require fast turn-on speeds. The CPC1596 is an optically isolated MOSFET Gate Driver that requires no external power supply. It regulates an input voltage up to 570V to 12.2V for internal use. It is specifically designed for low-duty-cycle switching and low frequency operation of external power MOSFETs with 4nF of gate capacitance. The CPC1596 can be used at up to 110°C. These MOSFET drivers couple infrared light emitting diodes with proprietary photovoltaic integrated circuits.
