WISER Systems, Launches Gen 2 Extended Range Antennas at IMTS 2024 – The International Manufacturing Technology Show

WISER Systems, Inc. proudly unveils its latest innovation, Gen 2 Extended Range Antennas for the ATLAS™ and Locator live positioning systems. These new antennas highlight WISER’s dedication to advancing real-time asset tracking technology.

WISER’s state-of-the-art solution, offers precise, wireless location tracking for hundreds to thousands of tagged items in real-time, even in densely packed metallic environments. This system ensures high accuracy while minimizing infrastructure needs, making installation and usage straightforward.

Specifically designed to enhance the tracking range and accuracy for WISER’s yard management solution, the Gen 2 Antennas are interoperable with existing systems and equipment. They are FCC certified for the US, certified for Canadian operation, and capable of global operability, maintaining the lightweight form factor of the previous generation.

Companies of all sizes can benefit from deploying WISER ATLAS and Locator site and campus-wide, enabling seamless association of work orders or part numbers with tags via the WISER mobile/desktop app. This association allows for instant locating and tracking throughout manufacturing facilities, capturing processes indoors and outdoors.

Utilizing proprietary UWB Redundant Radio Location & Tracking (RRLT) technology, WISER’s ATLAS addresses Industry 4.0 priorities, including smart manufacturing, operational improvements, warehouse management, inventory control, supply chain logistics, and yard management.

Mark Dirks, Chief Revenue Officer at WISER Systems, emphasized the significance of the new Gen 2 Antennas, “Our new Gen 2 Antenna achieves significant ranges and is a complete solution for tracking sitewide. It revolutionizes asset tracking by enabling real-time, high accuracy tracking of hundreds to thousands of work orders and assets simultaneously in outdoor environments. The system offers unparalleled accuracy with minimal infrastructure requirements, making it a cost-effective solution with rapid return on investment.”

WISER Systems’ commitment to innovation continues to drive advancements in real-time asset tracking, empowering companies to optimize operations and achieve greater efficiency.

WISER Systems will reveal its new Gen 2 Antennas at IMTS, scheduled from September 9-14 at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL. Visitors can join WISER at booth #135828 to see a demo firsthand. As the largest trade show in the Western Hemisphere, IMTS draws the innovators, sellers, and drivers of manufacturing technology together to connect, be inspired, and find new solutions.
