PrecisionX Group Acquires New York-Based Ditron, Inc.
PrecisionX Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners (CORE), recently acquired Stormville, NY-based Ditron, Inc. (Ditron), a manufacturer of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts and components for critical use applications in multiple growth industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor.
“Ditron brings a wealth of engineering experience, offering customers a seamless partnership from product design and proof-of-concept through full-scale production and delivery,” said Chris Huntington, CEO of PrecisionX. “The addition of Ditron is a strategic milestone for PrecisionX as it enhances our core capabilities and expands our portfolio to include manufacturing of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts.”
Ditron is recognized for its high-quality components. It offers precision-engineered solutions that provide high-quality, tight-tolerance parts for demanding applications. Its capabilities include progressive die stamping, reel-to-reel stamping, heat treating, and in-house custom tool design to ensure the highest quality micro and micro-miniature stamped components.
Located in Stormville, NY, Ditron’s 32,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified and RoHs and IATF 1649 compliant.
